There is growing evidence supporting the use of probiotics in prevention. The Interest in the use of probiotics and prebiotics food and food supplements continues to grow, as consumers and industry look for microbiome-friendly foods. IPA Europe, by representing the European Probiotic Industry, is willing to contribute to set a clear framework at EU level that will help consumers in making informed choices.
